Meet Kyle
For more than 12 years, I've worked within the automotive industry in a variety of positions, but mostly management roles in service, sales and specialty repair environments. My experience as a whole is vast, from working service for Tesla in their early years to service and sales for heavy equipment/mining machinery. Ending in a management position in a facility focused on transmission rebuilding. I've written repair orders. Presented estimates. Managed customer concerns. Followed repairs from initial diagnosis through final delivery. Those experiences shaped my understanding of what customers need most:
